• Five (6) management staff: A designee of the Executive Council, the Associate Vice President of Human Resources, the appropriate Dean with VTEA responsibility, one representative from SC-NCC, and the balance of representation between instruction and operations.
• Five (6) faculty: No more than one from a division and the balance from the divisions with no more than one division, one part-time faculty member, one representative from SC-NCC.
