• The committee develops goals and objectives each year that drive the direction of the Staff Development Office timelines and activities as denoted in the three-year Human Resource Plan on file in the California Community College Chancellor's Office and the Sierra College Program Planning and Assessment document.
• The committee participates in regional and statewide 4C/SD meetings.
Any staff member who is interested should contact the Staff Development Office for meeting dates and times. All staff are welcome and encouraged to participate.
